While working there, I was tasked with a project which focused on 24Options expansion to Central & South America. Mexico had already been chosen for the Central American headquarters. For South America, I was involved in choosing which Country would be best to operate from. This involved research of each country's Economic situation, business regulations, and general suitability for our operations. Colombia was ultimately chosen as the best location.

The next step involved the method listed below to help us better understand the South American Market:

● Strategic benchmarking

           ○ Product research

           ○ SWOT analysis

● Performance benchmarking

           ○ Product research

           ○ SWOT analysis

● Define the Problem and opportunity

● Mind mapping

● Create ideas

● Prototype (turning in concepts)

● Create survey questions

● Recruiting final customers

● Implement the test

● Analyse the data

● SWOT analysis

● Complete report

When it was necessary, we created new questions, recruited final customers, or new final customers and ran the test again. This was phase 1 of the project. For phase 2, our research was sent to our international headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
